J'Noir Hair Care online orders ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.We do not ship internationally, at this time. Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).


*  An exchange of product will only be accepted with a J'Noir Hair Care approved Exchange Authorization (EA) Number. To obtain an EA Number, please contact our Customer Service Department via email once request is received  we will send you the Exchange Authorization Form (EAF) to fill out.


1.  Enclose a copy of your completed EAF along with the unused portion of the product and place it inside your package.

2.  Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Please Note: Only products purchased from our J'Noir Hair Care website may be exchanged. All exchanges must be approved by a J'Noir Hair Care Customer Service Representative and accompanied with a J'Noir Hair Care Exchange Authorization Form that will serve as your packing slip. All exchanges will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) shipping and handling fee.


J'Noir Hair Care is dedicated to providing you the best customer experience possible. You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 



Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the payment method used to purchase. Store credit will be issued for returns granted after 30 days of delivery when product is returned to the processing center.


For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send the exchange via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured Parcel Post).



You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Additional information can be found below in the section “Damaged Items”. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-917-722-1624 or email us at


Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
